GC offers a flexible arrangement where consolidated invoices are formatted to a customers exact requirements, from a single line to a breakdown of each financed asset, department and user. Invoices can be sent in different formats enabling customers to input data in their own system. We also offer cross charging, reducing the number of processed invoices.

Asset Tracking Services
This service offers customers valuable information in relation to the asset base of their organisation providing easy access to technical and financial information on both financed and non-financed assets. User, location, supplier and product specification can be recorded and maintained. Recording of the data can include asset and user movements, and upgrades and disposal information. This powerful enquiry and reporting tool means management can obtain customised reports confirming accurate costs for replacing and upgrading hardware and/or software.
