Contract Hire

This is the stress-free way to manage your vehicle supply, funding and management needs.

With our Contract Hire facility, you will enjoy all the advantages of your own company fleet – with less of the paperwork. We can source, maintain and dispose of all your vehicles allowing you to get the use of a fleet without any of the administration.

Under a Contract Hire agreement we own the vehicles, so we’re responsible for maintaining them and for the costs of any depreciation. You get to use them while we have a contract between us and when that comes to an end, we take them back and take care of the disposal.

We offer a choice of contracts, so you can decide whether you want maintenance, replacement vehicles or breakdown cover to be included.

The monthly rental for our contract hire vehicles is fixed during the term of your contract allowing you to be very accurate with your budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

Contracts can run from 12 months to 60 months and can cover 1 vehicle to a nationwide fleet, and because we incorporate a residual value for the vehicles from the outset this facility offers you the lowest possible periodic cost for the use of new cars and vans.

In addition to the low monthly costs, the rentals are 100% tax deductible as operating costs and depending on the amount of private use the VAT can be reclaimed too.
